The most effective method is to use sign riders on each of your List It Mobile property listings.  These signs are attention-grabbing and provide the details for prospective home buyers to obtain property information and photos simply by texting your property code to our short code.

These sign riders are available in a variety of colors and can be ordered directly through List It Mobile.  You account representative will discuss options with you when they contact you to verify your account.

Two sizes of riders are available to fit your property signs, 24" x 6" (most common) and 18" x 6". The sign riders can be ordered diredtly through List It Mobile and are usually shipped within one week of ordering.  If you choose, you may also have sign riders printed on your own.  Just make sure you have all your property codes prior to placing an order with your local printer.

We also suggest adding your List It Mobile information to all of you other forms of advertising and marketing.  If you advertise in weekly or monthly real estate magazines, you can include your List It Mobile information in the heading of your ad such as the example shown below:
