My website and phone number are on my yard signs, why is List It Mobile any different?
List It Mobile provides and immediate opportunity for the exchange of information where the potential home buyer can immediately obtain pictures and details about the property they are interested in and save it to their phone. As the agent, you immediately have their contact information. With just your contact info on your yard sign, the potential home buyer needs to write down your information, put it in a safe place and take the time to access your website and look for the listing once they return to their home or office. In addition, you have no way of knowing who that potential buyer is unless THEY take the time to call YOU.

I have a flyer box at all of my properties with detailed information, isn't that the same?
Although the flyers may contain very similar information that the potential buyer would receive through List It Mobile, they are a much less effective tool. The flyers leave you with many unanswered questions: How many do I need? How often to I fill the box? Who is taking them - interested buyers of inquisitive neighbors? Are they being used in a paper airplane race? In addition, quality-printed color flyers can be costly and you could end up with nothing to show for your investment.
